Bob Jolliffe, working with a Novus colleague, developed a full-featured strategic plan for an education alliance to market their services and products internationally. Specific market niches were identified through extensive world wide research, and best practices defined to undertake student recruiting. We worked with the alliance members to develop a vision and mission statement and to define strategic priorities, which set the basis for the detailed strategic plan and financial forecast. Bob concluded the assignment with recommendations for the governance and management structure of the ongoing alliance. Objectives of the plan are being met and exceeded by the client.
